Request for Services

If you wish to apply for free legal services from the Legal Advocacy & Resource Center, Inc. (LARC), or if you wish to refer someone to us for legal services, and the legal issue involves either Housing, Employment, Social Security benefits or bankruptcy/consumer debt, please fill out the following form. For other legal problems you may call us at the number below.

Note: If you know, or suspect, that LARC may already have spoken with the opposing party in your case, you should not fill out this form. In such a situation there may be a conflict of interest that would prevent us from assisting you. Instead of filling out this form, call us at 1-800-342-5297 or 617-603-1700 to discuss the possible conflict of interest and what can be done about it with one of our Intake Workers.

Note: If you do not reside in the counties of Suffolk, Middlesex or Norfolk, Massachusetts, you should not fill out this form and instead you should contact your local Legal Services Office. To find the Legal Services Office that serves your Massachusetts community go to www.MassLegalHelp.org/find-legal-aid or for Legal Services Offices outside of Massachusetts go to Pine Tree Legal Assistance has a list of legal services in other states.

NOTE:  Our services are for low income individuals and individuals who are 60 years old or older.  Your income should not exceed 300% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines. (Elderly clients are not subject to the income guidelines.)  To see if you are income eligible, please see the LARC Poverty Income Guideline Chart.
