Our Hours
We are a telephone service and do not schedule in-person appointments. The Hotline is generally open Mondays through Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. One day each week (usually Wednesdays) the Hotline is only open from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Our Hotline is also open on Tuesdays from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
