Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 

NOTE:  You may be on hold for an extended period of time, but if you remain on the line, someone will eventually answer the call.

Administrative -- Hotline services are not provided via our administrative number:  617-603-1705.

You can also apply for legal services online. 

NOTE:  Our services are for low income individuals and individuals who are 60 years old or older.  Your income should not exceed 300% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines. (Elderly clients are not subject to the income guidelines.)
